At The Door Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new door doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard-sized products in their original condition.
Return Process

Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Package Your Item
Carefully repackage the door in its original protective crate or box, ensuring all hardware and installation components are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized freight partners to schedule a convenient curbside pickup from your location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned item for any damage, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
